You were never meant to balance it all.

You were meant to make music.

For most of my life, I tried to balance everything—family, work, faith, responsibilities, expectations, and myself. It took me years to discover that balance was never the goal. Harmony was.

Now I write and speak for women who are tired of trying to hold every piece of their lives perfectly in place. Women who are learning that they don’t have to conduct the whole orchestra alone.

Composing In Real Time

I am composing my own life, one measure at a time, in real time.

I can’t see the whole composition. Sometimes I can barely see the next measure.

But I keep composing.

The wrong notes get folded into the music. The unexpected rests become part of the rhythm. The things I never would have chosen become part of the whole.

I compose anyway. Because the Conductor never left.
